ICF Coach, Trainer and Enneagram Professional, I have integrated this knowledge into my life and professional practice since 2001. Certified as an Enneagram Professional since 2017, I maintain an ongoing commitment to deepening my knowledge and to personal development.

I accompany people, leaders and teams in coaching, training and organisational development processes, combining the depth of the Enneagram with results-oriented approaches. I am a partner at WIF Partners, a speaker at national and international Enneagram congresses, a volunteer in projects with young people and Vice-President of IEA Portugal.

I believe that self-knowledge is the foundation for more conscious choices, more authentic relationships and a life with greater fulfilment and purpose.
