Mónica Correia

Mónica Correia is an Enneagram Teacher, Executive Mentor and Speaker. Founder of Leader Expansion and of BRIGHT | Consciência Evolutiva, she represents the Nicolai Cursino Institute in Portugal and is a member of the Board of IEA Portugal.

She has been accredited by IEA Global (International Enneagram Association, USA) since 2023 as an Enneagram Mentor and Teacher, and facilitates courses recognised internationally by the same institution through the school she represents.

With more than 20 years of international career in Human Resources, she has led transformation projects in 17 countries on four continents. Passionate about human development and the expansion of awareness, she is dedicated to inspiring leaders and teams to integrate purpose, authenticity and humanity into organisations and into life.
