Ricardo Laranjeira is a Coach, Trainer and Consultant in Human Development, Leadership and Transition, integrating the Enneagram into coaching, leader and team development, communication, relationships and change.
He has advanced training in the Enneagram, Coaching, NLP, Social Panorama, Transpersonal Psychology and Storytelling. He is the founder of Comunicação Mais Eficaz and of Men’s Evolution, a project dedicated to the development and evolution of men, and President of IEA Portugal. He is the author of the book Viver sem Ansiedade (Living without Anxiety).
