About
Sérgio Freitas has worked for more than 25 years in leadership, strategy, cultural integration and human development. After working at multinationals such as General Electric and Alcatel-Lucent/Nokia, he now devotes himself to consulting, mentoring and training in organisations, supporting leaders and teams through processes of change, culture and wellbeing.
He is certified by the Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy (CPEA) and integrates the Enneagram with coaching, NLP, the psychology of emotions, emotional intelligence and soft-skills development.
